As a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA, Jason is passionate about connecting brain-based practices with physical health. He believes deeply in the power of the mind-body connection for achieving optimal wellness and performance.

Jason's athletic prowess shines through his three-time participation in NBC's American Ninja Warrior and his 2018 UNAA Masters World Champion title. He also competed in the 2021 UNAA World Finals.
